Therapy

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, primarily working with adults, and in some cases, older adolescents. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long, and held on a weekly or biweekly basis.

As a clinician, I take an eclectic, collaborative approach, beginning with the client’s goals and hopes for treatment, and incorporating creative methods to work together in this pursuit. I strive to join you where you’re at, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard. We will work together to uncover insights and gain clarity, drawing upon your own unique strengths, capabilities, and sense of self. I enjoy working with clients in a relational, interactive manner, in which both parties can bring their authentic selves into the room and dynamic. Integrating elements of IFS, CBT, psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practices, I aim to facilitate a process with three distinct objectives: identifying and reframing negative thought patterns, developing a stronger awareness of self through connecting themes throughout the life course, and bolstering autonomy and ability in developing the skills necessary to accomplish goals and find wellbeing. Our sessions are tailored to best suit your unique needs.
